NOTES FOR ITEMS NOS 1 to2 Excavation in hard dense , soil/soft Rock (i.e. soft/Hard dense soil, Soft/Disintegrated Rock,) shall be carried out by only manually by contractor without any damages to existing structure/services. In case of any damage to existing structure/services, the same shall be made good as per existing structure/services by contractor at his own cost. No extra cost will be paid to contractor by MES/Govt for repairs of damages to any type of existing structure/services. The unit rate quoted by the contractor for above items shall be deemed to be included on this account.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers,lintels over 1.5 m span etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or batter flat finished rough surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required,including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall finished even and fair complete all as specefied and directed

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings framed and hung as gates, including pintle, hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolt etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron doors & walk ways, railings frame work of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe310-O complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and includig a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifies and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layers complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil material exc. 250m but n exc. 500m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specefied and directed

S & F punched tape concertina coil (PTCC) razor blade having minimum weight of 8.50 kgs (+) or (-) 5% per coil streched to a length of 5 to 6 mts (50 turns) to achieve 610 mm dia as in fencing to steel post and to another coil/MS nibs etc including fixing with special galvanised fastners such as clips, Clips, U clips complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Linear length of coil after stretching and fixing shall be measured for purpose of payment.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note - each line wire to be measured.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces included preparation of new plaser surface complete all as specefied and directed

S&F of mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drill for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20 mm thick scred bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specefied and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coping ,benching and the like incl form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : For adjustment of rate only against item No 24 here-in-before)

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab etc including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18/20mm thick preformed fillar board and covered both side with S/Steel sheet fixed wall with S/S Screw and complete all as specefied and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4. finished even and fair, complete all as sfd.
