Part-III (Lighting and Fencing)

Specification of Fencing System: The Architectural Panel 3D Fencing to a height of 3.10 Meters. Entrance door must be provided with a single pivot door of width 0.80 Meter. Fence Post: Fence post must be made by MS Tubular section of size: 80mmX40mm with specific weight of not less than 4.15 Kg per Meter. Mounting plate to hold 3D Panel Fence must be welded to the fence post and clamp along with M10 Alen Bolt to be used to fix the 3D Panel Fence with the post. The distance between 2 posts should not be more than 2.60 Meters. Base plate of 0.80 KG must be provided with each post for Base plate mounting system and for grouting system minimum 18% of the post length (with 2 stoppers welded at equal distance) should be grouted with suitable cement mixture. Fence Post must be coated with powder coating and a plastic top cap should be fixed on fence post. Architectural 3D Panel: Panel should be made with 8SWG Galvanized Wire with mesh Maximum opening of 200mmX50mm with minimum 3V Bends in each panel and should follow IS 4948: 2002. The height of each panel should not be more than 1.575 Meters. Each Panel must be coated with powder coating.

Light System “Factory made 114 mm (OD) X 6 mtr High x 1 Nos of Powder coated thick, vertical Lamp post. To install the light system the six poles (which are part of fence) should be extended by required height and lights will be installed on it.
