Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) bricks of class Designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand ) DSR No. 6.1.2

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) bricks of class Designation 7.5 in Superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand ) DSR No. 6.4.2

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work up to plinth level DSR no. 5.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors roofs having slope up to 150 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)DSR code No. 5.3

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical Specifications clauses 1002.1010 and 1202. as per MR

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting. Hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete DSR item No. 10.1

Cement plaster 1:6 (1cement 6 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 12 mm cement plaster DSR No. 13.4.2

Supply and fixing 6 mm (1/4'') China white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado over 20 mm av. Thick base of cement mortar laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and DSR no. 8.31
