Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement with curing complete. any approved by Intending department with strips of other colour as desired by comptant authority ( Granite of any colour and shade )

Dismantling tile work (kota stone) in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ratio M7.5 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level)

Marble chips (granite) skirting upto 30 cm height, rubbed and polished to granolithic finish, top layer 6 mm thick with white, black, chocolate, grey, yellow or green marble chips of sizes from smallest to 4 mm nominal size, laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 ( 3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips) by volume,as approved by Intending department

Providing edge moduling to 18mm / 16 mm marble stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete asper design approved by EIC (Granite work) Granite work

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns) 3mm thickness of aluminium.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) 22.3.2 With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)
