Material and Labour for cleaning of shallow water wells of size 10m dia, 4m depth by dewatering the complete well, removing the sediments settled at the bottom and depositing where directed, scraping the walls with wire brush and washing with clear water and applying two coat of Anti fungal white paint over a coat of primer internally and writing the date of cleaning, due date of cleaning and capacity of well in paint (white letters on black background) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning of RCC water tanks by dewatering the complete tank, removing the sediments settled at the bottom of tank, scraping the walls and bottom of tank with wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder solution, washing with clear water and applying two coat of Anti fungal white paint over a coat of primer internally and writing the date of cleaning, due date of cleaning and capacity of tank in paint (white letters on black back ground) including removing of any vegetation growth on and around the tank complete all as specified and directed at site for following capacities:- (a) Underground sump of capacity 13,00,000 litres (Army Land)

All as per item No 2.1 hereinbefore but Tank above ground level of capacity 80,000 litres (Army Land)

(c) All as per item No 2.1 hereinbefore but Underground sump of capacity 5,000 litres (Army Offrs Mess)

(d) All as per item No 3.1 hereinbefore but Service tank of building of capacity 500 litres (Army Land)

Material and Labour for cleaning of rotational moulded PVC water storage service tanks on buildings by dewatering complete tank, removing sediments settled at the bottom of tank and scraping the walls and bottom of tank and cleaning with bleaching powder solution, washing with clear water and writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white paint complete all as directed.Note: PVC water tanks clean in every 4 months (a) 2000 litres capacity

(c) All as per item No 4.1 hereinbefore but 500 litres capacity

Dismantling existing unserviceable PVC water tanks and supply and fix PVC rotational moulded water tank three layered of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of necessary inlet/outlet/over flow pipe and connected with the existing pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 hereinbefore but 2000 litres capacity.

Material and Labour for clearing the area(Site clearance) by cutting the jungle, shrubs, roots, bushes, small trees/plants and vegetation and removing the rubbish/debris up to a distance n.exc 50m outside the area with clean and tidy condition of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing of size 40/50/80mm dia bore for alteration or additions (each cut measured), done in position without taking down, complete all as specified and directed.

Screwing existing steel tubing of any size for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector), done in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for overhauling and painting of RO plant of capacity 1000 LPH by carefully dismantling the complete plant from the installed position carrying out the following maintenance and re-installing in its original position including testing in completion complete all as specified and directed. (a) Opening the raw water fed pump (01 No) replacing the unserviceable water seal and re-assembling (b) Opening the FRP sand filter (01 No), removing the existing filter media and filling new media as per direction of Engr -in charge (c) Opening the FRP Activated Carbon Filter (01 No) removing the existing filter media and filling new media as per direction of Engr -in charge (d) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable PU4 pipes (Approx 15m) and connecting new PU4 pipes. (e) Opening the micron filter (03 Nos), replacing the filter cartridge and re-assembling. (f) Opening the membrane and replacing the same with new membrane (g) Opening the UV nit (01 No) replacing the unserviceable UV lamp and re-assembling. (h) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable raw water flow indicator (01 No) and connecting new flow indicator. (j) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable TDS meter (01 No) and connecting new TDS meter. (k) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Ammeter (01 No) and Voltmeter (01 No) and connecting new Ammeter and Voltmeter. (l) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable stainless steel & CPVC conne3cting pipes (Approx 15m) and and connecting new stainless steel CPVC pipes. (m) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Pressure switches (05 Nos) and connecting new pressure switches. (n) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Pressure gauges (05 Nos) and connecting new pressure gauges. (o) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Hours meter (01 No) and connecting new Hours meter.

(p) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable gate valves (05 Nos) and fixing new gate valves. (q) Disconnecting and removing unserviceable Multi Port Valves (02 Nos) and connecting new Multi Port Valves. (r) PVC water tank cleaning of capacity 3000 ltr.Note: The quoted rate shall be exclusive of spare parts. The spare parts required as above shall be measured and paid separately under item No. 2(a) to 2(x) below as 'Supply only' labour element for fixing only is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Material and Labour for overhauling of pressure feed filter plant of capacity 27000 LPH by carefully removing the old unserviceable media complete from plant from its installed position carrying out the maintenance with following replacements and reinstalling in its original position and testing on completion, all as specified and directed. Note: Pressure feed filter clean and change the media once in a year (t) painting of pressure filter and all assy.

Supply and Fixing of membrane of dimension 4"x40" type of membrane spiral wound, Make: Hydranautics-USA

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying or fixing in replacement, GI water tubing, medium grade, of size as shown below confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in trenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing and taking up / down existing unserviceable GI tubing with fittings / connections, carefully from trenches / ceiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) 25mm dia bore.
