Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 100 Metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting V grooves 15mm X 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMARTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals as per directions of manufacturer complete.

Material and Labour for providing the sealant (pouring grade) in the existing 10mm wide & 40mm deep groove/joint after preparation of joint as per manufacture instructions along with application of primer as per manufacture instructions. (a) Thioflex 600 shall be of M/s FOSROC/ MASTERFLEX TM 700i of BASF or equivalent in CIPY. (b) Primer 7E shall be M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF/CIPY. Note for item No 01 & 02 :- Application of Epoxy and sealant shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacture.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding concrete for levelling, filleting at junction of wall and slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3 over roof concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ .40 ltr/Sqm over and above applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as binding material and providing modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric) membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density plythlene film. Min wt of membrane will be 3.5kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15cms and side lap 75mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fussed by flame) all specified and directed by EIC. M & L apply two coats of aluminium paint on roof complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from walls, including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified.

M & L 15 mm th metal lath plastering in two layers with Gl wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing in patches to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls. Ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete in two layers all as specified in SSR part I clause 14.27

M&L 15 mm thick external plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of walls , finishing the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 1000 ltr and n.exc 2000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately).

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store

S&F 2000 ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete

M & L 150 mm th cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in platform of tank base finished surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and similar works including weathering, slightly rouinded for chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Taking down PVC air, vent, soil and rain water pipes of dia, 150 mm fixed to wall or in trenches etc,.

S & F UPVC (SCH-40) pipes 150 mm bore fixed as in vertical stacks including joints/fittings fixed to walls. Note : "Making proper leak proof joint with valley gutter to the newly fixing pipe with funnel type made up galvalum sheet material as same as valley gutter, the same will be measured under item 2 above complete"

Material and labour for 25 mm GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

Grubbing up tree trunk girth not exceeding 100 cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site

Labour including T&P for cutting channels, grooves or rebates n exc 15 cm girth, and trimming surface with or without reinforcement

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints and depth 100 mm in concrete filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6 m radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:4 complete all as directed

M&L for preparing new or un treated plastered surfaces of wall and including two coat of exterior plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old wall surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, preparing wall surfaces and applying one coat of exterior plastic emulsion paint like Apex in asian paint or its equivalent complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of any description, area exc 1.5 sqm and n. exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

Supplying and fixing FACTORY MADE SOLID PANEL PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site, complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.
