Replacement of exisitng switches,sockets,fan regulators with the following wiring accessories with suitable MS CRCA powder coated (of approved shade) switch boxes,including termination of existing wires with suitable copper lugs,fixing of switch boards with suitable GI wood screws,nylon plugs etc., supply & installation of 1.5 sq.mm, 1100 V grade, multi stranded, PVC insulated, FRLS wire in existing concealed conduit from the nearest point in Switchboard no. 2 & 3 (hall), touch up painting of uncovered area due to removal of old swicth boards with suitable OBD paint etc. as required and as instructed by E.I.C Note: i)The switch boards shall be got manufactured by OEM of wiring accessories and the sample switch boards shall be got approved by Dept. ii)Scope of work also includes taking away the dismantled MS switch boards,swicthes,sockets and regulators.Suitable rebate shall be considered for the same in the respective items.

Repalcement of existing MS switch board in bath room with ready made DP enclosure with 32A, DP, isolator as controlling switch including all accessories and as instructed by EIC. Note:The dismantled old switch board,bakelite sheets DP switch shall be taken away the contract agency.Suitable rebate shall be considered in the quoted rates.

Point wiring: Providing point wiring for AC point / 6A & 16 A socket outlet points etc. with 1100V grade, FRLS grade, PVC insulated multi stranded copper wires in 25 x 16mm size white / ivory PVC casing capping on surface , ferrule numbers on both sides, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires for earthing of above said specifications, labelling etc. all as per site conditions, specifications and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope shall also include providing the tags for wires inside casing capping for bunching to avoid hanging of wires at the intervals of 600mm. Note: 1. Wiring layout arrangement is to be got approved prior to procurement. 2. The points are to be tapped from the flat DB or looped to existing circuit in the rooms as required. 3. Modular switches,sockets, switchboards, AC boxes are not in the scope of this item and are considered in the item no.1.0 above.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of readymade 8 way ETPN MCB DB double door type consisting of following all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. i) 63A RCBO, 4P, 6kA, 30mA sensitivity - 1 no. ii) 6 to 20A, 10kA breaking capacity , SP, MCB - 24 nos. (6A-5 nos., 16A-11 nos., 20A-8nos.) iii)Wire way box of same make. Din channel, tinned copper bus bar, earthing and neutral links etc.---1 set scope of work also includes removing of cover of existing concealed DB and filling the knockouts with cement mortar & bricks, applying white cement as required,touchup paitnting for that area all as required & as per instructions of E-I-C.

Ceiling fan:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of1200mm sweep BLDC ceiling fan with linear speed regulation, all as per tender specifications as mentioned in the technical bid. The fan should be confirming to IS 374/1979. The BLDC fans with 16 SWG safety chains should be interconnected to ceiling rose with 3C X 1.0 sq.mm flexible copper cable as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Scope of work also includes dismantling of the exisitng ceiling fans and depositing the ceiling fans in packed conidition in the same cartons of celing fans at DCSEM stores

Water Heater :- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1 ltr. Mini instantaneous pressure type water heater complying to IS 8978, vertical round type operating on 240V AC ,50Hz supply with 3kW heating element complete with all accessories. ISI marked, stainless steel inner container including SS base and SS pipes on which heating element & accessories are connected and ABS plastic outer body, PUF insulation between inner & outer container, pressure release valve, thermostat, thermal cutout, fusible plug, reset button for thermal cutout (shall be accesible from outside the container), connecting to water heater point with 3C X 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper conductor chord, all as per requirement & as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: - i) Interconnection of water heater with existing water heater pipe line is in the scope of work. ii) The water heater shall be provided with suitable bracket for wall mounting and the bracket shall be got approved by the department. iii) Scope of work also includes disconnection,dismantling and deposting the existing water heaters to DCSEM/TVS stores.

Replacement including supply,installation,testing and commissioning of batten/angle/pendent holders with PVC square box and taking away old holders & PVC square box as per instructions of EIC. Credit for taking away old holders & PVC boxes shall be included in the quoted rate.
