SPL REPAIR TO OLD VINTAGE LIFTS AT SP MARG UNDER GEU PM DELHI CANTT-10

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 kgs/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, fixed with existing reinforcement work upto height of 10mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for guniting with cement coarse sand 1:3 with and including water proofing bonding agent of FOSROC/SIKA/Pidilite or equivalent SBR mixed @ 1 ltr per 50 kgs of cementand water cement ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using shotcrete pumps and allied equipment, uniform thickness 30mm to 50mm including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 uniform and smooth finished upto height of minimum 20 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for applying one coat of epoxy resin bonding agent of make FOSROC/SIKA/Pidilite @ (0.3 to 0.5 kg per sqm) or equivalent for bonding new concrete with old concrete surfaces as per manufacture's printed instruction including preparation /cleaning of old concrete surface dust free before applying epoxy resin bonding agent of (i.e. proportion of mix method of making etc as per manufacturer's printed instruction) to RCC columns, beam, slab & wall etc including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of two coats of polymer modified cementitious flexibel composite waterproofing treatment of Tapecrete/ Pidicrete or equivalent, over internal face of slab and wall and top face of slab surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for placing and fixing threaded nozzles of suitable dia and length including plugging in an approximate grid of 1.00 mtr centre to centre to concrete surface of effected area of RCC slab, wall beam facia etc and apply PU (Polyurethane) grouting through nozzles under pressure by pump complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing) removing from site and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, inside lift shaft, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instr finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
