Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of any sweep for carried out preventive maintenance and re hanging the same after cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber seal, split pin, connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required lenght from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including , connecting up and testing all as directed.

M&L for spray painting of ceiling fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm high using black enamelled paint all as directed. Note : Cost of disconnecting & taking down and rehanging is considered under item no 1

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing, oiling and testing including replacement of ball bearing-02 Nos if required complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

all as per ser item No 03 here in above but 1400mm sweep ceiling fans including replacement of ball bearing-02 if required Nos complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of following parts/components suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep :-

Capacitor 2.5/3.5 mfd, oil filled, 400V AC, 50 HZ, 85 degree C ISI marked Make : Asian/Unistar/Usha.

Hanging clamp complete with rubber real Make as existing /sample kept in AGE E/M office complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fan Hook complete as standard real existing in market for fixed in GE Pipe/Existing Channel

Ceiling fan blade suitable for ceiling fan of any sweep (set of three blades)

Down rod 50 cm long 15mm internal dia heavy duty duly painted including hanging clamp, rubber ring, nut and bolts complete with canopy

Fan blade set (set of three) for exhaust fan of 380mm sweep.

Fan blade set (set of three) for exhaust fan of 450mm sweep.

Exhaust fan mounting bracket incl nuts,fastners

Exhaust fan motor of 200-300mm sweep as per existing PVC exhaust fan
