Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as per existing specification after providing point wiring under respective items here-in-after complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concealed point wiring for light/fan controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR-LSH cable 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with multistranded copper conductor with proper colour coding drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20mm dia with accessories concealed in in wall surfaces including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheated copper conductor cable FR-LSH (ISI markd) with proper colour coding as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly , terminal box Connections of cable with MCBs or bus bar shall be done through proper size of copper/brass thimbles. Where concealing of conduit is not feasible ie on surface of roof etc, conduit shall be fixed on surface with necessary saddles at no extra cost complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Connections of cable with MCB's or bus bar shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimbles.

S&F LED light fitting 1x 120 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire of 4 sqmm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion including dismentaling old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and as directed.

(1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, copper strip protected by 32 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion including dismentaling old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, Sheet metal enclosure for 4 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), IP-43 protection, double door, Single pole & neutral, complete including blanking plates as required & flush to wall/other surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, MCB, SP, C Series 240 Volts, 6-32 Amps 50 HZ, 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, MCB, SPN, C Series 240 Volts, 63 Amps 50 HZ, 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for column & wall foundation, UG Cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm layers in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cable, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness 18cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm bore GI pipe light grade with all necessary fittings (ISI marked) as in cable protection fixed to pole, with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc laid in trenches/road/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core, including dismantling of existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core including dismantling of existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Cubicle panel, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, outdoor type,CPRI approved, floor mounted, totally enclosed, double door dust and vermin proof, IP 54, outer sheet made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and 2mm thick CRCA sheet for inner chambers/partitions duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x 50x6mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventilation including suitable size of cable alloy aluminum bus bar suitable for carrying of current 100 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB Out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN aluminum bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCB's (intake point) will be carried out with TPN aluminum bus bar as per MCCB'S rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary excavation and PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm aggregate,(PCC foundation of minimum 0.50 m height) positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal all as spectified and directed comprising of the following:- (a) MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capcity 25 KA- 1Nos (Incoming). (b) MCB 32 Amps DP 50 50 Hz 215 V, 16 KA -12 Nos (Outgoing). (c) 3Ph digital multi function meter model A, class 1, 5A with relay Vega Series - 1Nos. (d) Indicating lamp 240 volts LED type - set of three.
