Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and wel raming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (undreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L P.C.C 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundatrion, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipes set in cement mortar for internal dia of pipe 150mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipes set in cement mortar for internal dia of pipe 200mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L material and labour for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP2 (salt glazed stone ware) pipes laid in trenches and joined in CM 1:1 with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against sides of pipes after they laid and tested in PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for 150 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for if cement concrete is reinforced.

S&F 75mm bore Cast iron floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceabilities to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceremic tiles coloured in floor 7-8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1.6. complete all as specified and directed.
