Main Feeder Piller 1&2 Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of the outdoor type Distribution Feeder Pillar box conforming to Indian Standard JS: 5039-1969 with latest amendments a. Suitable for use on 3 phase 4 wire, 400/440 Volts 50 Cycles A.C. Supply and shall be suitable for short circuit fault of 31 MVA at 415 Volts b. The dimension of the body is --2150 (HJ X 1250 (L) X 550 (D) mm c.The body will be fabricated with 5mm thick MS plate, MS angle( 50X50X6 mm) & MS Flat ( 50X6 mm) d.The Base Plate will be made by 10 mm thick MS Plate e.The top of the box will be fitted with a sloping canopy made out of 5 mm thick sheet steel. f. It will have a set of water proof double hinged door at the front with suitable locking arrangement ( Godrej Type ) and provision for manual locking arrangement g. Installation on Brick .foundation with net cement

h. Adequate ventilation by means of louvers with wire mesh shall be provided on both sides and at the top and bottom of both sides of LT pillars i. The inside will be painted by 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate and the outside will be painted by 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate. j. A hylam sheet of 10mm thick of suitable size will be fitted. k. The Enclosure shall provide Degree of protection IP -43 in accordance with IS : 2147 -1962 with its latest ammendment. l. Test Certificates & Guaranty or Warranty Certificates need to be provided to the EIC before execution of the job. m. The system must be CPRI tested from CPRI testing lab having CPRI certificate not more than 5 years old.
