The dimension of the body is --2150 (HJ X 1250 (L) X 550 (D) mm c.The body will be fabricated with 5mm thick MS plate, MS angle( 50X50X6 mm) & MS Flat ( 50X6 mm) d.The Base Plate will be made by 10 mm thick MS Plate e.The top of the box will be fitted with a sloping canopy made out of 5 mm thick sheet steel. f. Erection of HDG 9Mtr Octagonal pole muffing with cement concrete square foundation made with stone chips (1:2:4) of base block size 0.609x0.609x0.461mtr. And upper portion size 0.406x0.406x1.22mtr. The hole concrete foundation made with 10mm dia. TMT Bar 0.15mtr apart (Horizontally & vertically) cage structure. The muffing should be 0.304mtr above the ground level incl. 3mm thick neat cement finish up to 0.762mtr. from top level. foundation Nut, bolts matching base plate 260x260x16 mm, with 4 nos FDN boltn 24x750 mm size M24 'J' type including weilding of breakaged foundation plate and fabrication as necessary. incl. 02nos. 30mm dia polythene pipe inside the center of muffing for passing 02nos cables.With this as per site reuirement existing damage pole to be proper Fabricating with actual welded and as required specified matching Base plate to be replaced & erection by same process. Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil)
Connecting the pole to earth Electrode including S & F Solid 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below as per GS
Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall as per GS
Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.
