Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry wall /boulders built in cement mortar of any description and any in poisition all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slab of any description laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete

Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortor 1:4.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortor 1:4.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregte 25 mm thick, laid in drain, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick walls in cement mortor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in drain cover slab including necessary form work moulds etc, complete. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition and breaking up reinforced concrete drain pipes 450 mm dia, set in cement mortar including concrete bedding and haunching.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 450 mm dia with plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested .

S&F 450 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates , etc including necessary form work, all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in cement mortar 1:4

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint.

M&L for broken glass coping 25mm thick on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 with broken glass 63mm gauge embedded at the rate of 10kg of glass per square metre complete all as specified and dierected

Dismantling RCC fencing posts or struts of any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, of any size and any type.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel for Joist, channel, angle,MS flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. cut to ordinary lengths as in fencing posts complete etc as in chain link fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc for securing wire mesh etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 11mm to 15 mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10 cm and n exc 15 cm long

S&F mild steel for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering for doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire.

Supply only chain link fencing with galvanised 3mm to 4 mm dia wire, size of mesh 50mm x 50 mm, made up to mattress or cages, all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings andstraining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings andstraining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed NOTE :Each line of wire shall be measured

M&L for welding in repairs exceeding 6 mm and not exceeding 9 mm in thickness of mild steel member description, length of welding not exceeding 2.5 cm in length fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exceeding 6 mm and not exceeding 9 mm in thickness of mild steel member description, length of welding exceeding 2.5 cm and not exceeding 5cm in length fixed in position all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregte 40 mm thick, laid in floors and finished floors, even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ,75 mm thick, as in sub base,finished fair and even .

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones , plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings and setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand filling under paver blocks including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine pressed, PVC/rubber moulded, precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge conforming to IS 15658-2006 , 60mm thick , M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished cement concrete coloured floor tiles 22mm to 25mm thick conform to IS 1237-1980 (Reaffirmed in 1996) heavy duty exterior grade tiles laid in cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of tile ,abrasion and wear resistance as per manufacturer's instruction , Pattern, size and shade as approved ,laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for seiving of sand, removing over grained particles and mixing with Saw dust in equal proportion(1:1) and filling in embankment including raising (or lowering), consolidating to proper slope in firing range bunds including excavating and removing if required all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in using excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.
