Supply and fixing in replacement of Limit switch suitable for EOT crane of capacity upto 10 Ton crane including taking down old unserviceable limit switch complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Crane Load testing of ½ ton EOT crane of the safe working load by providing dead load/load test block for capacity test on all the motions of cranes (dead weight load to be arranged by the Contractor). Note for item no 7 to 11 (for load testing) : Load for load testing shall be arranged by the contractor through OEM and record for the same shall be on kept in record duly signed by MES rep (AGE). A load testing certificate furnished by OEM shall be submitted by the contractor after load tetsing for every individual crane. (b) Contractor will ensure all the cranes are in serviceable condition before starting the load testing. If any crane are in unserviceable condition the same will be made serviceable before starting the load testing. (c) Contractor will carryout load testing on as and when required.

M&L for painting to EOT crane in various capacity installed at various PWs and with super enemelled paint of approved manufacturing colour on exposed surface including preperation of surfaces and appying two coats of zinc cromate primer followed by two coats of golden yellow ISI marked synthetic enemel paint by mechanical means only complete all as specified and directed .

M & Labour for locating the fault in E.O.T Crane of any capacity upto 10 Ton including rectification of minor defects such as tightening of nut and bolts, checking and rectifying loose connection of control panel, accessories and current collectors replacing of fuse wire, etc to keep the crane functional and making the free movement of entire unit as directed . Note : (a) Contractor will send their tech qualified rep for taking over daily crane complaint from user end and to rectify the same including open the separate register for complaints and signed by concerned user rep , MES rep after certify the completion of the complaint and submit the same before claiming the Payment of item.

Taking down EOT Crane of capacity upto 10 ton crane cross member (whole structure) from the gantary with safe arrangement along with hoist, gear box,brakes, LT motor,CT motor, main hoist motor, LT panel and all other connected items.
