Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic solid not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Scarifying the existing damaged BT Surface / WBM up to 50mm deep including all labour charges for levelling and sectioning all other incidental charges as per standard specification etc complete.,

WMM : Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in SubBase/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Prime coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 111, 112, 502 & 900 of MORTH Vth Revision - over WMM/ WBM

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 111, 112, 503, 900 of MORTH Vth Revision - over granular surfaces treated with primer

Bituminus Macadam : Providing & laying Bituminus Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminus binder (Viscosity Grade 30), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Paver Finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per claused 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve desired compaction, complete as per clause 111,112,501,504 &900 of MORTH Vth Revision - Grading II (Table 500-7).

Providing and laying Tack coat over Existing BT Surface using 0.200 kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I type) per 1 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous Construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, Fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH Vth Revision

Bituminus Concrete (Table 500-17) : Providing & laying Bituminus Concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminus binder (Viscosity Grade 30) at percentage specified by JMF of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to the work site, laing with a Hydrostatic Paver Finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem Roller to achieve desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects - Grading II

Providing and Laying of Gravel inluding cost and conveyanceof the same to the work site from approved quarry including stacking of the sameto the departmental guage for pre - measurement including all labour charges for laying, spreading inluding all the hire and fuel charges for power roller for compaction etc., as directed by the departmental engineers for making up and low berms.

Providing RCC M15 grade precast KM stone of standard design as per IRC 8 -1980 and fixing in position incluidng painting and printingetc., complete (as per MORT&H specification No 804)
