Firm should quote the specific Make/Brand along with the offer.
Firms should upload along with offer their supply performance (duly supported with documents like Inspection certificate,Receipt Note,Payment Receipt Particulars.) i,e supplies made by them for same/similar items on this Railways & other Railways, in preceding three years from tender closing date, in support of their performance. Non- submission of such documents shall be taken as they are not having any such past performance and their offers shall be considered further as per extent rules and no back reference in this regard will be made to them.

Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.
Samples to be got approved by consignee before bulk supply of materials.
GC/WC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.
All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.
If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.
Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. SSE/C&W/IC/Sealdah.
