Redevelopment of Brahmapur Railway Station (Phase-I) of Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway

The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the "Financial Capacity") of Rs 9,12,86,500.00 (Rupees Nine Crore Twelve Lakh Eighty-Six Thousand Five Hundred only) at the close of the preceding Financial Year. (Cl. 2.2.2.2 of RFP Document)

Defination of Similar Work :- Any Civil Engineering works comprising of construction of railway station work which includes buildings and/or passenger amenities like Platform shelters/FOB, metro station, airport terminal & bus terminal and Commercial real estate project such as educational institution, hospitals & office complex.

In case, submission of Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, or Account Payee Demand Draft, or Fixed Deposit Receipt, or Banker's Cheque, or e- payment Gateway of Authority, following shall be ensured: i.A scanned copy of (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents as specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.1) shall be uploaded on e-Procurement Portal (IREPS) while applying to the tender. ii.The original (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.2) should be delivered in person to the official nominated as indicated in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.4) within the stipulated time (Cl. 1.3 of RFP document)

Whether DSC is in the name of Authorised Signatory as per Appendix-II or Appendix-III ? (It should be in the Corporate Capacity). Refer Cl. 2.14.1.1 of RFP document.

In case of JV, whether it is Registered in the e tender portal i.e www.ireps.gov.in and the registration is valid as on the date of submission of bid ? (Refer Cl. 2.14.1.2) of RFP document.

Whether Bid Security is valid for a minimum period of 90days beyond the validity period for the Tender? (Refer Cl. 1.3 & 2.20.6 / iv of RFP document.)

Whether the certificates issued by Statutory Auditor/CA include UDIN? (Refer Cl. 2.2.2.7 of RFP document)
