Earth work: Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to beused or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness. Construction of Earthen shoulders & subgrade with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with initial lead up to 3.00 km transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including land compensation of earth)
Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material ( Table:- 400- 2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.) (For Grading ii Materials)
Cement Treated Sub-Base: Providing in-situ Stabilization of Sub-base by using Cement as per design mix (3-4%) using enviroment friendly truck mounted cement spreader with computer control spray system of spraying width upto 2.4 meter as per specification. The pre spread cement , subbase materials shall be processed in-situ by using self propelled 4 wheeled individual hydraulic drive cold recyceler / stabilizer equipment with working width 2.4 mt. fitted with 440 KW Engine.The stabilizer equipment shall have inbuilt water spray bar system with built in nozzles to evenly spray, for stabilization purposes (A minimum of 15 nozzles set on both spray bars.). The recicyler equipments shall Pulverized, mix design depth.The resultant mix would then be compacted to desired design density by vibratory roller and eventually profilled to grade by grader and further compacted by smooth wheeled roller and PTR. The process should be done as per MORT&H's specification complete and as directed by the Enigineer in charge.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) With anti stripping agent as per IS:14982( Refer Appendix-5 of MoSRT&H specification) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen,' for GradingII(19 mm nominal size)

(C) With polymer modified hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (II)'with polymer modified bitumen 70. (ii) 'for Grading II ( 13 mm nominal size )
