M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base floor, finishing the cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick in size of not less than 550mm x 550mm over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered wall surfaces and applying 1.5 mm thick JK / Birla wall putty as per manufactures instructions, surfaces to be finished even and smooth over a coat of alkali resistance primer and applying two coats of exterior emulsion first quality (APPEX ASIAN/ Weather coat (BERGER)/ Weather shield (ICI) or equivalent as approved) of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.
