M&L for repair/replacement of LT panel/ Switchgear panel doors made up of MS CRCA sheet powder coated having two coats of smoke grey enamel paint over a coat of redoxide coat having 3.15mm thickness , cut to size and pressed to shape required as per size of existing LT panels installed/ located at various locations/site including welding, fixing of hinges to sheet, provn of suitable locking arrangements, fixing of sliding bolts (sliding bolts shall be measured under relevant item of Sch) and further fixing to LT panel/ switchgear panel for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The contractor have to get measured size of LT panel doors on ground for suitable fitting of doors.

S&F butt hinges, heavyweight, cold rolled mild steel of size 125 mm and fixed properly on MS CRCA sheet of thickness 2 to 3.15 mm after including dismantling old from LT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stainless steel finish, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia, length 250mm with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete to LT panel door with welding or suitable means with any type of work involved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of LT cable route route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size (As approved by Engr-In-Charge) duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction,Nature of cable,size of the cable (in Sqmm),type of cable(LT Cable) with white paint , mounted on angle iron 40X40X3mm, angle height 45 cm,(30 cm below ground level) with PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/maintenance of APFC panel board up to 150 KVAR capacity with replacement of unserviceable spare part/ components modification of control wiring as required and make functional including flexible copper wire lugs etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Note :- The parts are measured and paid separately under respective items.
