1.Providing Additional and Essential facilities in Union office building in Thoppampatty H/O Thoppampatty . Estimate Amount Rs.16.21 Lakhs

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing with graded materials of size 9.5mm to 4.75mm metal in 66% & 2.36mm in 34% including spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on propared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheeler 80 - 100 KN static roller coa pcity to acheive the desired dinsity etc., complete as Technical specification clause 402 Grading C.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 30 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Slanting Roof is fixed with Saint gobain Shingles based on the prerequisite of setting up the subfolding for the plaster to be done on the surface with the ratio of 1:3 of 20mm Thickness with proper curring and a bituminous waterproofing coating done as a water repellent for the surface and then finally removing the sub folding. ( Left Side Slope) and ( Right Side Slope)

Bitumen Water proof Membrane of Grade VG-20 is applied with thickness of 4mm (Sh.Rate-Page no-42, Unique Code-M-0304)

Stainless steel (304 grade) grill using 1.5x1.5 square pipe at outer & 0.5 x 0.5 square pipe at centre are properly welded as per design (Sh.Rate-Page no-102, Unique Code-M-0651)
