Replacement of old 220 KV Air Pneumatic circuit breakers at 220 KV S/s Mainpuri under ETD-Mainpuri

Complete dismantling of M/S ABB make 245 KV Air pneumatic circuit breaker with mounted frame, structure, jumpers and all 03 linkage poles, pipe line of SF6 gas for all poles safely along with ELGI make air compressor installed at 160 MVA T/F-II & 220KV Chhibramau bay by using hydraulic crane at site including shifting up to store & all cost of material, T&P and labour. This work also includes opening of old cable connection, AC,DC from existing CB with proper tracing from C&R panel of 160 MVA T/F-II & 220KV Chhibramau bay at 220KV S/S Mainpuri.

Fabrication/retrofitting of base structure for each pole of ABB make 245 KV spring charge SF-6 circuit breaker on old foundation by using MS plate having 12mm thickness of size 120x120sqmm MS plate(Using MS Channel of suitable sizes as per actual site requirement) should be retrofitted as per current i.e. hole matching unit base in breaker structure by using lath machin as per site requirement(All cost of material, MS plate, T&P and labour will be provided by contractor on their own cost).

Proper, safe and complete erection of M/S Siemens make 245 KV spring charge based circuit breaker on fabricated/retrofitted structure with all 03 poles & entire CB mechanism by using hydrulic crane on 160 MVA T/F-II & 220KV Chhibramau bay at 220 KV S/S Mainpuri. The work includes shifting of CB from S/S store, fixing on base structrure as per drawing/manual, fitting of all linkage poles, pipe line of SF-6 gas for all poles assembly etc up to completion of work satisfactorily.

Commissioning of M/S Siemens make 245 KV SF-6 CB by deputing service engineer as per requirement. This work include fixing of SF-6 linkage pole pipe in each pole properly, filling of SF-6 gas in each pole, to check opening and closing time of CB and all associated works upto completion of job satisfactorily.(All tools & testing devices will be provided by agency).

Proper and safe cable termination on M/S Siemens make 220 KV spring charge based circuit breaker for smooth protection of 160 MVA T/F-II & 220KV Chhibramau bay at 220 KV S/S Mainpuri including proper ferruling with required T&P for completion of work as per drawing. This job includes making neccessary required supply and fixing of Ferrule of appropriate size and no. respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Contractor will arrange all requirred ferruls, labour, lug, cable gland and T&P at his own cost.

Proper and safe double side earthing of circuit breaker mechanism & each pole assembly by using 75x10 sqmm MS flat along by using proper welding and connecting MS round bar by digging ground. This work also includes two coat painting by red oxide primer and then two coat of green Asian paint.(75x10 sqmm MS flat will be provided by the department).

Laying and proper dressing of following sizes control cables-:

4C x 2.5 Sq.mm.

6C x 2.5 Sq.mm.
