Preparation of surface of existing concrete surface/ masonry in lime mortar/ cement mortar including removal of organic deposit by washing with etching compound and use of wets sand blasting and final washing the surface with air and water jet including cost of all material and equipment required for the work complete.
37 mm thick shotcrete is to be applied after removal of defective concrete/ masonry, cleaning of surface thoroughly, with compressor having base layer of 12mm, and second layer of 25mm thickness in cement concrete (1:2:1) after proper fixing of 9 gauge welded mesh of good quality rust free of size 50mmx50mm with anchors/ clamps in stone masonry/ concrete complete in all respect. Cement concrete comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water and quick setting compound in the proportion 1:2:1, sandand coarse aggregate confirming to IS 383 and table no.1 of IS;9012 respectively.
