For Construction of 11 KV Lines to given electric supply to M/s MSME Technology Kanpur under EUDD- Gumti,KESCo, Kanpur

Loading, carriage & Unloading of following materials from store to work site and its stacking. Distance approx (0-10) kms.

(a) Steel Tublar Pole of different size

(b)11kv VCB (1 no),11kv Disc Insulator(6 no.), Disc fittiing(6 no.), 11kv Pin Insulator & its Pin (30No), Garding wire, earth wire(60 kg)

(c)11kv pilfer proof metering Cutbical (1no) & Outdoor Metring Cubical (1no)

(d) 11 KV XLPE cable size 3x185 sqmm,

(e) ACSR dog conductor

With all precaution and safety construction of S/s type double pole on ST pole 11 meter long & 2 no. old & used ST poles properly by providing store pad (300X300X75) & its properly concreting upto 300 mm above ground level. Fabrication, errection s./s type double pole by fixing of necessary clamps, accessories required including supply & fixing of Top channel M.S. (100X50X2240 mm), dropper channel M.S. (100X50X2000 mm), Angle (65X65X65 mm) for DO Fuse set with arrangement of 6 no. pin insulator pin, providing PVC single core cable of 50 mm with Al. lugs alongwith fixing TPMO & DO fuse set as per RESSPO norms.& direction of E/I including all material, Labour, T&P required. (ST poles, insulator will be provided by KESCo.)

With all precaution and safety properly Erection of single pole 13 meter Long ST pole on stone pad & its concreting upto 300 mm above ground level, fixing of necessary item such as cross arm, clamps etc. & fixing of 3 no. disc. Insulator, pin insulators and other necessary material (The pole insulator will be provided by KESCo.)

With all precaution and safety errection of double pole riser with 2 no. ST pole 9.5 meter long for exposing double circuit 11 KV cable on riser including providing & fixing necessary M.S. channel, cross bracing, clamps etc. alongwith grouting of pole on stone pad concreting of pole upto 300 mm above ground level as per RESSPO norms.& direction of E/I. (Only pole and insulator will be provided by KESCo.)

Laying, stringing, sagging of 3 phase, 3 wire of 11 KV line with ACSR dog conductor between 2 no. pole at road crossing alongwith fixing craddle guarding including fixing 2 no. guarding cross arm (75X40mmsq) & cross lacing with GI wire as per RESSPO Norms & direction of E/I. (conductor & GI wire will be provided by KESCo.)

Making Double circuit underground line of 11KV, 3X185 sqmm XLPE cable by jointing all 11 KV XLPE Cable pieces together with raychem make straight through jointing kit as directed by E/I of work & exposing cable on double pole riser & single poles by fixing outdoor kits of Fixing craddle guarding between two pole including fixing two no. guarding cross on (75X40 mmsq) & cross lacing with GI wire including all labour, Material & T&P required. (Only XLPE & GI wire cable provided by KESCo)

Providing and fixing of Hosting pipe of size 6" dia on each exposure of XLPE Cable including its property clamping with pole.

Provinding & laying MS pipe of 200 mm dia properly to cross nala as per norms & direction of E/I.

Cutting, chopping of Tree Branches for clearance of line route for making safe clearance with poles.

Laying of 11 KV Double cable of size 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable in earth cable for making double circuit by HDD drilling method in kachcha/Pakka road as per RESSPO Norms & direction of E/I including digging of trenches/pits for drilling including all required T&P, material, Labour. (Only XLPE cable provided by KESCo)

Laying of 11 KV Double XLPE cable (3x185 sqmm) in earth manually by digging of earth, Laying cable on sand and proper covering as per RESSPO Norms & direction of E/I .

Ordinary earthing of poles by MS earthing rod 20x2500 sqmm long as per RESSPO norms. (Only GI wire & earthing rod shall be provided by department)

With all precaution & safety Installation, commissioning of 11 VCB & its related work such as proper earthing and connecting double circuit 11 kv XLPE cable with VCB properly with matching phase sequence after providing & fixing Raychem make indoor 11 KV cubical indoor termination on kit Testing and commisioning at site. (VCB shall be provided by department)

Proper Painting of poles with primer & providing & fixing of barbed wire on poles.

Making bore type Earthing of 40 mtr. Deep boring & fixing G.I. Pipe of 1.5'' dia including all accessories & fitting (All material Provided By Contractor)

High pressure testing of 11 kv 3X185 mm XLPE cable including all arrangement of high pressure testing equipments.

Grouting & Nuzzling of stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand: brick ballast: cement) (Only stay wire shall be supplied by the department)

With all precaution & safety Installation, commissioning of 11 KV indoor pilfer proof metering cubicle including its proper earthing at two point & making connection properly with providing, fixing indoor raychem termination kits its proper earthing as directed by incharge of E./I.

With all precaution & safety Installation, commissioning of 11 KV outdoor metering cubicle on double pole including its proper earthing at two point & making connection properly with providing, fixing indoor raychem termination kits directed by incharge of E./I.
