Taking down cement plaster on brick work/stone walls/PCC & in drain walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc of any position and any description.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 over stone masonary/brick masonary/ also in drain walls surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls including Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work omplete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of concrete Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains omplete all as specified and as directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Material and labour for PCC 100 mm thick 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hard standing/foot path & in PCC road etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Barbed Wire (including concertian coils) of any description including Serviceable Barbed Wire in Safe custody for reuse at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc. for galvanised 2 Strand, Steel Bar-bed Wire (Serviceable Barbed Wire obtained from Item No. 13 here-in-before) including straining and fixing to any type of Standard Rails straining Bolts, securing or tying at cross -ings with and provision of Galvanised Mild Steel Wire, Staples or Steel Pins, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (NOTE: Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate. )

Supply and fix 350mm to 450mm dia punched type concertina coil having 51 spiral turns, 1.75mm dia with minimum 9 rows of clips/RM and stretched upto 4 to 5 mtr to get a spiral difference of 150mm between two spiral with 4 to 5 kg per coil complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling mild steel work of any description like MS grills/MS angles in fencing /gates in ground & over wall of height upto 4mtr and similar items.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates/grills of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complet

M&L for hard drawn steel wire fabric (dia of wire 3-4mm) size of aperture in mess(25x25/50x50) or as per smaple available in ADE lab to be welded in iron angles complete all as directed by EIC. Note fixing to be measured in item no 24 hereinafter.

Dismentling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Posts or Struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) any Section, Posts embedded in Cement Concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire if required Note : welding if done shall be measured and paid in appropriate item

Supply and fixing of post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E - 165. including fabrication at site.

M&L preparing new Steel and Iron Surfaces of any descriptions, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in Post Holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense Soil, each not exc. 0.50 CUM, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 Cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. for embedding/fixing RCC Fencing Posts or Struts including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F angle, flat or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-410W(GdeE-250) qualityB.

M&L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (machine made) 11mm to 15mm diameter of Neck and length of Bolt exc. 10 Cm and not exc. 15 Cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both Ends, each screwed End to be fitted with Washers and one hexagonal or square Nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L spot welding exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length (Thickness of metal to be welded exc 6 but n.exc 9 mm) for fixing of chain link fencing etc.,

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. like interlocking tiles/chequered tiles any pattern laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

M&L for coloured interlocking paver blocks 60mm thick of approved pattern and make with grey cement & pigment, compressed over 50mm thick sand cushioning over compacted earth complete Note : Quoted shall be inclusive of levelling of finished tiled surface with vibrator compacting machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying of interlocking paver blocks (Note : mining sand/stone dust shall be of approved quality and should be free from lumps/broken/flaky aggregate)

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and pigment) maunufactured in rubber moulded finish of size not less than 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry including 15 mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6 as in floors omplete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 36 here-in-before, but except tiles including making good of undulated tiles set right and leave all surroundings finished as it is complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for kerb stone made out of PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of cross sectional size 150 mm at bottom and 110 mm at top (tapering at length 210 mm height) with overall height 320 mm and 450 mm in length, surface finished even and smooth laid as directed as in road side kerb, setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in different colours if required over a coat of priming paint as in kerb stone painting complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of Old concrete surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in different colours if required in kerb stone painting complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Plinth protection with smooth finish by using extra cement complete all as specified.

Removing of old debries any type of building material from MoD land to a distance exceeding 5 km but not excedding 10km (Note :- Debries dispose off site to be decided by the contractor at his own risk, no any additional amount will be paid to contractor if dispose off area/location is far).
