Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Dry stone pitching, 225mm thick, including cost of stones and preparation of surface.Nallah stone

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6(1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 gradedstone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing & fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and curing complete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fiximg prelaminated wooden flooring shade colours laid with from sheet over existing PCC floor complete job.8mm thick wooden floor tile of avaiable size

Providing and fixing 30mm thick fasle ceiling Puf panel with fixing accessories complete on false ceiling level for all heigths as per specification, drawings complete.

Door with 24mm thick PVC composite panels (Each Door of size :-2.2 mtr - HX 1mtr -W)

Casement Windows with frame including 21 mm DGU Toughened glass fixed- doubles shutters with 4mm frosted toughened glass

For Countinous line Roof panels for with 40 )40/80) mm thick Roofing panels having finished with 0.50mm thick TCT Galvalume Hi-rib sheet on outer side and 0.05mm TCT Plain Galvalume sheet on inner side including miscellaneous expenses of fixing accessories such as fasteners etc. complete.

For Countinous line wall panels for outer walls with 80mm thick wall finished with 0.50mm thick tct Galvalume Plain sheet with small ribs on both sides complete including miscellaneous expenses of fixing accessories such as fasterners etc, complete.

For Countinuous line internal partion wall panels for inner walls (upto False-Ceing Lvl) with 80mm thick wall panwls finished with 0.50mm thick TCT Galvalume Plain sheet with small ribs on both sides with Camlock arrangment complete including miscellaneous espenses of fixing accessories such as fasteners etcm complete.

Supplying and fixing of12mm thiock internal Cement Boarde duly off-white color paint finished and joint filled with sealents/P.O/ tape on existing internal partion puf panels walls with supporting steel frames complete (Note:-Partition wall puf panels and steel frame materials will be paid under respective items)

Supplying and fixing flashing/ridges/U- Floor support channels etc. made in required shape/sizes of 0.50mm thick TCT Galvalume Plain sheet complete including miscellaneous expanses of fixing accessories such as fasteners etc, complete

Supplying and fixing of Internal floor heating system (below wooden flooring system to be paid under seperate item) complete.
