Excavation in soil mixed with moorum/shingle, kankar requiring the use of special tools & plant such as pick axes sabbals etc. foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Cley or sand) including, lift up to 1.50 M and lead up to 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M form the foundation trenches. Including royalty.

E/W cutting in or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge including royalty 9.00 cum.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by E/IC with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand :10 Stone Ballast 40 mm guages) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors.

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12MM Thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not including 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for missing any additive. 1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand.

E/W filling in or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. Providing, Laying and spreading 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 whose steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying the brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering.

Supply and laying stone dust etc. all complete.
