Annual Maintenance of railway track at POCP railway siding for 1 (one) year under Jhanjra Area, ECL

Based on analysis

Lifting of track from 150 mm to 300 mm in two stages including point and xing as required to achieve correct longitudinal level with initial packing as directed by the site in-charge. (Lifting of track P & C will be paid 1.5 times the straight length of the track)

Two rounds of packing after lifting of track at an interval of 7 days. This will follow the item in sequence as per IRPWM including gauging, aligning, levelling, boxing of sleeper by ash/stone ballast after each day's packing work as per direction of Engineer at Site.

One round consolidation packing after two rounds of packing of track following the item in sequence as per IRPWM including gauging, aligning, levelling and boxing of sleeper by ash/stone ballast after each day's packing work as per direction of Engineer at Site.

Supplying and fixing bolts and nuts of different sizes as per RDSO drawings in running line. Rates include all lead, lift, crossing me etc as and when requires. The rate includes inspection of materials by concerned agencies as per RDSO guide lines and materials to be procured from RDSO approved sources. The rate also includes transportation, loading, unloading to the site of work with all lead lift ascent, descent and crossing of multiple tracks, all type of taxes such as Excise tax, VAT or other taxes etc.

Cleaning of over burden earth from track and Analysis shoulder side covered with stone dust/clay/boulders to clean the space for linking of track as per direction of Engineer at site.

Dismantling of existing track of old track structure with any type of sleeper including opening outh the fish plate, rail, sleeper with required tools and plants and stacking at safe place up to a lead of 100m including all lead, lift, crossing lines as per instruction of E.I.C.. The rate includes the opening of track irrespective of ballast or cinder of earth up to a width of 3.00 mtr. and 0.40 mtr. depth from rail level if required oxygen - acetylene flames to be utilised for necessary dismantling of P. way fittings confirming prevailinf system in utilization gases in the field.

Linking of track with any type section of rail on CST-9/ST/Wooden/PSC sleeper by PSC sleeper with M+7 densities in uniform spacing including one initial thorough packing, maintaining proper gauge, cross level, alignment, tightening of fittings etc. Greasing of ERC, fish plate, fish bolt and nut with approved grease graphite IS-104 as per instruction laid down in IRPWM. The materials for linking to be brought from distance of 100 mtr including crossing lines.

Loading/unloading of any kind of P. way materials such as switch, Xing, check rails, rails, SEJ, Glued rails, tie bar, C.I. Plate, loose fittings of any type ete into any type of wagon/from ant type of wagon/BRH/road vehichles within scheduled time as per Rly. rule with all lift and lead within 100m including stacking at any station or depot as per instruction EI.C Transporting of 52 kg Rail & 60 nos. 52 kg fish plate from Bankola Area.
