Vendor/Bidder shall provide three different conceptual interior designs including external painting schemes for evaluation by CSIR-NAL in the form of CATIA V5 Models and conceptual drawings in AutoCAD or DraftSight or Layouts or Sketches. Conceptual Designs to include ergonomically and aesthetically designed interiors in Cockpit and Cabin. Rendering techniques shall be adopted for the system panels & equipment with the interiors in the cockpit. CATIA models should be amenable for Walk-Through Evaluation using Virtual Reality System. Conceptual Designs as 3D Models and 2D drawings.
Vendor/Bidder shall identify and provide the list of thermal and acoustic insulation materials/blankets/sheets proposed for walls and ceilings and material for the floor panels. Vendor/Bidder shall provide: • List of AIRWORTHY materials & manufacturer or distributor addresses and contract details for the SARAS MK2 flying version. • List of materials & manufacturer or distributor addresses and contract details for use in the Fuselage mock-up • Samples of Thermo-acoustic materials proposed to be used for the Mock-up interiors for noise characterization at CSIR-NAL well in advance. Requirement is to meet Noise Level of 80 - 85 dB inside Cabin & Cockpit.
Vendor/Bidder shall provide 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for the CSIR-NAL approved interior design concept. Drawings shall include typical cross-sectional details showing contours, dimensions and attachment details to the frames.
Vendor/Bidder shall provide the list of items to be used in the execution of interior works viz., all types of lights, PSUs, baggage bay hooks, nets, Cable harness…etc. along with the manufacturer or dealers’ addresses/contact details.
(i) Vendor/Bidder shall procure all the items required for executing the interior works in the fuselage mock-up along with external painting. (ii) Vendor/Bidder shall fabricate passenger seats, jump seat, lavatory module and baggage compartment with associated parts viz., lavatory partition walls & door, baggage area partition wall and door. (iii) Vendor/Bidder shall carry out installation in cabin and cockpit.
