DEALER/AGENT SHOULD SUBMIT VALID AUTHORISATION CERTIFICATE FROM OEM ALONG WITH THE OFFER, FAILING WHICH RAILWAY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IGNORE SUCH OFFERS.
