Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) over a coat of primer, complete all as specified ad as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall by complete removal of existing shade and applying one coats of exterior emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) over a coat of anti-fungal cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old steel surfaces incl preparation of surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F post or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E365 incl embedding in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bard shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bard, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel, plain, black sheet 0.63mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, hole punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with riveted or welded seams,including,bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc as required as in cover of crumple joint.

Drilling hole in concrete wall and fixing of MS frame as in cover of crumple joint with hilti wall fastener 6mm dia and 50 mm long at distance not execding 1m complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only in repairs including restraining and resuring including making good staples etc in Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC coping/filling/ benching concrete 1:2:4 type B1 incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old concertina coil any size including neatly coiled in rolls for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only concertina coil of 600 mm dia or as required complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only (old or new) concertina coil 600 mm dia or as required (six coil in a stretch of 1m) in fencing work with straining and fixing to angle iron/barbed wire with and including necessary clips for each bundle of coil) for securing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning of old static water tank, semi under ground water sump, O/H reservoirs by complete dewatering , removing accumulated silts, foreign materials etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and wire bushing the entire tank surface with bleaching powder and finally cleaning with fresh water ( Cap of tank- 20000 ltr to 40000 ltr)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from over head tank service and from mouth of circulating pipes complete by bleaching powder/ detergent all as specified and directed. (capacity of tank exc 2000 ltr not exe 3000 ltr).

Cleaning of old septic tank/manholes/soakage well and internal pipe connections etc by removing accumulated sludge, silt and brick bats and waste materials including sludge water and removing to a distance n.exc 50 mtr deposited the same in excavated pit, of appropriate size and covering the pit with excavated earth including disinfecting the covered pit by bleaching powder all including excavation of earth pit, complete all as specified and as directed. (Excavation of pit and covering the pit with earth shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Cleaning of sewage line with bamboo splits or any other suitable device by taking out blocked accumulated sludge and all foreign material complete from man holes and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 m depositing sludge in excavated pits covering the pit with excavated earth and disinfection the covered pit with bleaching powder and excavation of pit complete as required including testing for easy flow of effluent by passing water for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) drain pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. (Excavation of pit and covering the pit with earth shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Cleaning of blocked WC, floor trap, Nahani trap, gully trap etc. removing all sludge, brick bats, foreign particles etc. and finally cleaned the WC, floor trap, Nahani trap, gully trap with cleaned water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil as in foundation of manholes and SWG pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m from starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition or breaking of 160mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes type set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in drain pipe of 160mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed. (Pipe shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F 160mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B' single socket, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) nominal mix, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slabs (for man holes septic tank soak well etc) chullah hoods, chajjas water troughs, manholes, shelves and similar article, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, and binding with and including mild steel line (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type B2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete TypeC2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate as base to drain complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete in surface channels and drains TypeC2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type B2( 1:2:4)(40mm graded aggregate)as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forming moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of block masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid block 1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded aggt) exceeding 10 cm wide and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2001 of 80mm thickness M40 grade with grey cement and no pigment, set in screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge or thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ wall cladding fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments incl earth filling in depressions spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering and well ramming finished to required shape, gradient including supply of approved earth from outside MOD land within 5km lead complete all as specified and directed.
