Detailed designing, Engineering, Procurement & Construction of New Pre-Engineered Terminal Building for Domestic Operations, ancillary buildings (Utility Buildings such as Electrical Sub Station etc.), Site development, site survey, Earth Work, RCC / Composite Steel Structure / Steel Structure, Galvalume / Zincalume Profile sheet insulated roofing with safety system, Canopy and steel structure as per drawing, Sandwich wall panel system, Brick Work / AAC Block work as required, Glazed Façade System (DGU), Stainless Steel Railings / Trolley Fendors, Cladding works, Flooring, False Ceiling, Staircase, Interior Works including Furnishing of VIP/Reserved Lounge, Check In Counters, Sanitary, Plumbing and Water Supply works, Drainage system, Rainwater harvesting, Landscaping (Soft and Hard) & Horticulture Works, City Side Roads with footpaths including connection to Approach and Car Park, Boundary wall segregating city side and air side area with entrance gates, watch towers, Security cabins, Bore wells, Maintenance System for False Ceiling & Facade, Art Work, Utilities, Internal & External Electrification, Lighting (Internal External, Façade and Landscaping, Lighting Protection System, UPS, Automatic Sliding Gates), Power Supply System including DG sets, HVAC system including smoke extraction fans, Firefighting system (Automatic Hydrant and Sprinkler System) Fire Alarm and Detection System, Way Finding Signages, Building Signage, PA system, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP) including Water Supply Pumps, Hydro Pneumatic Water Pumping System, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), Trolley gate on junction of taxi track and IAF boundary wall, water cooler with water purifiers (R.O.), Drinking water fountains, hand driers, Air curtains, storage geyser etc., IT system, Airport Systems, etc. as per drawings, Specifications, Codes and Practices contained in tender document. The design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO, DGCA, AAI, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, IS, IEC, ECBC etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements i/c optimization of energy efficiency complete as required. Scope of work shall also cover operation & routine maintenance for a period of 07 years i/c DLP of 02 years and All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) for a period of 05 years after DLP. etc. (BHS work are not included in scope of work). Note:- The bidder shall quote the offer excluding GST, ESI & PF (Employer’s Contribution).
