Excavation in hilly areas in all types of soil/rock by any means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with any lift & any lead as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603 including hauling / carriage of all labour, euipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work (both in soft and hard rock) and chiseling / wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met due to stream flow seepage, rain and other causes, it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and dewatering, the excavation shall be kept dry whensoever so required by the contractor at his own cost , including dressing of slopes and beds, setting out conforming to required lines, grades , side slopes as shown in the drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and transportation of soil to road way after back filling and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in aequired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking, leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.. All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along the road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution or disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects. (For bridge work).

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps, deleterious materials and pumping and bailing out water, dressing of sides and bottom, back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material, disposing the surplus earth upto any lead and lift complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and HPPWD technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1201,1202 and 1203 in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Fourty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work , hauling/ carriage of materials labour and equipmenst to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (for bridge work).

Providing reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in sub structure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1201 and 1206 RCC grade M-30 upto any height including form work complete in all respects within all leads and lifst of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in sub structure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1201 and 1206 RCC grade M-35 upto any height including form work complete in all respects within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure including binding wire complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1201, 1206 and 1001upto any height complete in all respects within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structure with slope of 1 (v):20(H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1206.6 within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. within all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1206.3 with granular material including hauling/ carriage of materials and labour equipment to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC :83 (pt-1)section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical Specification .225 tonne capacity (2x225=450 tonne) including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing with cut steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC :83 (PT-1 ) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical Specifications.225 tonne capacity (2x225=450 tonne) including hauling/ carriage of materials and labour equipment to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work rivetted in builtup section including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in Trussed steel bridges as per MoRTH specifications section 1900 and clasuses 1901 to 1907 including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipmenst to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate should also include all incidentals including fabrication, erection, launching arrangement etc. to place the bridge in position for traffic operations.

Providing nd fixing in positionmild steel railing 100 (100 x 75) @ 2.50 mtr interval and 3 row of 50 mm designation upto any height including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipmenst to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials asd per MoRTH specification clause 2703 and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete approach slab M 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1404.4 upto any height including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Drainage spout complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical specification clause 2705 including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipment sto various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement and form work complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1404.4.2 upto any height including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipmentsto various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement up to 70 mm (seventy milimetre)complete as per approved drawing and MoRTH specification clause 2606 to be installed by the manufacturer / supplier ensuring complince to the manufacturers instructions for installation including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipmenst to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 PCC grade M-10 {nominal mix in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : Three sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm (Fourty millimetre )nominal size } including hauling/ carriage of materials and labour equipment to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 in plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand: Eight graded stone aggregate 25mm(Twenty five millimetre) nominal size including form work complete including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locatios hrough all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and HPPWD technical specification in Plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand : Twelve graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Fourty millimetre ) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work complete including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (Four millimetre ) dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mmx 100mm (One hundred millimetre x One hundred millimetre ) mesh (woven diagonally ) including 10(Ten) percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg.(Twenty five kilogramme ) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 complete in all respects including hauling/ carrige of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 702,704,1202 and 1206/1604 including hauling/ carrriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Coursed rubble masonry (Second sort) in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement :Five sand ) for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 704.6 & 1604 including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1206.3 with granular material including hauling/ carrige of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying reinforced concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement :Two sand ) but excluding excavation, protection work, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per technical specification clause 1101 with pipe of 900mm (Nine hundred millimetre ) dia complete in all respects including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling/ carriage of materials, labourand equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling/ carrige of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providinig well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification clause 401 by mix in place method including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405, by mechanical mean including hauling /carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405, by mechanical mean including hauling /carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 (Zero point seventy- One point zero ) Kilogram/Square metre using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including hauling /carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with paving bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distribution at the rate 0.25 Kg.(Zero point twenty five kilogram ) to 0.30 Kg. (Zero point thirty kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling /carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre ) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to Five point six millimetre) aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) to required lines, grades and levels to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling , with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to one hundred ) KN capacity static roller, finished to required levels and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per technical specification clause 506 by mechanical means including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type-C as per technical specification clause 508 by manual means including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (i) to (viii) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specification of Ministry of rural Development for rural roads 2014(two thousand fourteen) for rural roads including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge.
