Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified & directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed .

M & L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat for fixing tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 20 mm thickin cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed

M & L Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inclding screed bed 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Removing the debris exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed all as specified & directed
