Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 400-2.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORT&H Spec. 406

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per MORT&H 502

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(As per ENC Cur.:- 10598 M.T./ G.C./60M.T./ 2012 Dt 23.11.2012

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler,

Concrete with 4 cm (1½") gauge brick ballast and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in proportion and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors, including suply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (1:4:8)

Providing and laying Fine sand below pipe.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand in foundation plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Struck Pointing with Cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of fine sand of 1.25 Fineness modulus

Supply and fixing of 1000mm dia NP3 Hume pipe.

Supply and fixing of 600 mm dia NP3 Hume pipe.

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors & window excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B,W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary crentering & shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire cost being included in the item.

M.S. or iron work in angle iron door and window frame including cutting welding & wastage including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Providing and erecting overhead signs with a corrosion resistant aluminium alloy sheet reflectorised with high intensity retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lense type with vertical and lateral clearnace given in clause 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per clause 802.7 over a galvansied steel trestless and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved palns.

Traffic Signs - Caution Board Providing and fixing of retro refflectonsed Cautonary mandatory and informaatory sign as per IRC 67 mod of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed cover aluminium shing. 15 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm * 75 mm *6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of proparly dsignd foundation with m-15 grade cment canc 45cm *45cm60cm, 60cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing.
