Removal of existing damaged plaster of any thickness from roof carefully & disposing the debris up to 1000 m lead all the cost of tools tackles, labour, scaffolding material etc. complete in all respect or as directed by Engg-in-charge

Dismentling Brick work including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in aa distance of 60 mtr.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25FM. Mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

12.00 mm thick Cement Plaster 1:3 CM including all cost of material Labour T & P etc Complete.

Centring & Shuttering for R.C.C. work with all material, labour, T&P etc complete

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinfored concrete of reinforced brick work (when not i/c in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary i/c bending for proper completion of the work and i/c supply of all steel and wastage & overlapping & hooks.

RCC work with approved stone ballast approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of Ferrow cement concrete in 1:2:4 cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone ballast and mixing water proofing compound @ 1.0 Kg/bag of cement in thickness of 5cm average including making ridges and valley for proper drainage of roof water including embedding of expended metal zali of 6 gauge iron wire including cutting and fixing properly over slab and including 6mm thick cement plaster in 1:2 cement and coarse sand finished with floating coat of neat cement also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
