Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position including removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description including screed/bedding in any type of roof and removing rubbish to out side MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of roof slab by brushing with wire brushes for removing of loose / dirt materials etc., and sweeping with brooms or gunny bags or mechanical device etc., and applying neat cement slurry @ 3kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof padding/levelling layer, the surface of concrete is to be finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed/bedding layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on roof for laying of water proofing treatment mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L APP based polymeric modified membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric weight not less than 150 gms / Sqm and on primed surface of one coat of approved bituminous [email protected] Ltr per Sqm (density at 25° C in the range of 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity of 72 to 160 CPS ) by torch application method with 150mm over lap on length side & 100mm on width side and incld. a separation layer on top of APP Membrabne with 1 to 1.25 mm thick geotextile is bonded to the water proofing membrane complete as per maufacturer instructions and all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Endura SRI cool roof tiles 300 x 300 x 10 mm thick in white colour non skid laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 set, jointed and grouted and filling the joints with epoxy filler materials as per manufacturer instructions to make nwater tight complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound( ISI Marked)

M&L plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggreage, as in platform for water tank on roof slab or for covered fillet of radius 75mm at junction of roof and parapet/vertical surfaces, padding concrete to achieve slope as required etc., including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal and preparation of old existing roof surface including washing, cleaning, sweeping with steel wire brush and remove dirt and debris and level the surface and applying two coats Homeshield PU roofkoat undilution paint maintening 4-6 hours gap between two coats after 6 hours of primer coat over of Homeshield PU roofkoat primer (dilution with 50 % water), complete as per maufacturer instructions and all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick masonary or concrete surfaces or stone masonary wall / ceiling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete.

M&L15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces (internal wall) brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonary surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directetd by Engg-in-charge.

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surfaces or stone surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directetd by Engg-in-charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of walls including cornices, pillars, etc (plastered or unplastered) and applying two coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed .

Preparation of new surfaces or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pillars, etc (plastered or unplastered) and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or credited to contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing (ISI marked) 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI water tubing of 15 mm bore, medium grade including all new / old fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or credited to contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing (ISI marked) 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI water tubing of 20 mm bore, medium grade including all new / old fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity, white three layered (ISI marked) (Cylinderically vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion all as specified in SSR Part-I including ball valves for 20mm bore pipe (minimum weight 210 gms), high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and dismantling old tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of water tanks of capacity up to 1000 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ball valves for 15mm bore pipe, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (minimum weight 142 gms)

S&F in repairs ball valves for 20mm bore pipe, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (minimum weight 210 gms)

S&F in repairs ball valves for 25mm bore pipe, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (minimum weight 455 gms)

M&L for augmentation of RCC by using Dr. Miracle system of M/s AAYKA polymers or equivalent of M/s FOSROC / Dr. Fixit, by pressure grouting @1 to 2 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing AQUAVENTS of M/s AAYKA polymers or equivalent of M/s FOSROC / Dr. Fixit by moisture release system in roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing AQUAVENTS of M/s AAYKA polymers or equivalent of M/s FOSROC / Dr. Fixit by moisture release system in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified polymer coat with MRP glass membrane on roof/water tank top surface by using AQUAPROOF 102 of M/s AAYKA polymers @ 4 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ESKOO heat reflective cum water proofing system @2 kg per sqm of M/s AAYKA polymers or equivalent of M/s FOSROC / Dr. Fixit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for micro cement concrete of M/s AAYKA polymers or equivalent of M/s FOSROC / Dr. Fixit , pre packed single component, chloride free , sulphate free, non shrink, free flow, self compacting / ready to use after mixing of required quantity of water as per manufacturer instructions is required to achieve high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro complete repair with compressive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12mm TS dowel pins/ staple/ shear pins M/s AAYKA polymers or equivalent of M/s FOSROC / Dr. Fixit including drilling holes in concrete and epoxy for grouting the pins complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F 6mm TS dowel pins/ staple/ shear pins M/s AAYKA polymers or equivalent of M/s FOSROC / Dr. Fixit including drilling holes in concrete and epoxy for grouting the pins complete all as specified and as directed .
