Spl repair to roof treatment of OTM bldg No T-02, T-04, T-08 (01 to 06), T-09 and T-10 at Tibri Mil Stn Gurdaspur.

M&L for removal of existing treatment, all loose gravel cement mortar, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air, roughening and cleaning the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application loose existing bituminious material manually and with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material on surface . Repair all joints & cracks and apply primer with smart care epoxy primer to seal the pores/cracksand enhance the adhesion of the coating. (a) Apply first coat of fibres reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid poymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 300% to 350%, tensile strength of 1.8 Mpa to 2.9 Mpa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 10-12 degree celcius with 33% dilutioon of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3mm thickkness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/ sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50 mm and allow it to dry for 10 to 12hrs. Apply second of undiluted coat @ 0.45ltr/sqm and allow it to dry for 4 to 5 Hrs. Apply third and final coat undiluted @0.45 ltr/sqm all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions. (Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only) .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, padding complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting of capacity 500/1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including taking up & down GI pipe and refixing incl cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) ISI marks pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or floor incl dismantling of cast iron, PVC or SGSW drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work/stone/concrete wall etc on wall, facia, projection etc external surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement of any shape, any size incl taking down existing plaster of any size incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over old surface including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.
