Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS I) @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic brom as per technical specification clause 503 including carriage of all labour, material and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation as per HPPWD specification 1990 vol.I and as per direction of Engineer in Charge at site in all leads and lifts. The rate includes octroi royality, Malkhana, Tol tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
Excavation in earth work in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Roads clause 1600 and 300, 8.3 (ii)(iv)(v) to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut material in specified manner, trimming, filling of uneven ness, blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for smooth riding. At least 400.30 Cubic metre useful stone shall be recovered from the contractor in each running bill as per pro-rata basis and recovery @ Rs. 300/- per cum will be made. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.
Providing and laying (230mm) bituminous concrete with 50-60 TPH batch type hot mix plant producting an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous hinder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH pecification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of all labour, material and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation as per HPPWD specification 1990 vol.I and as per direction of Engineer in Charge at site in all leads and lifts.
Construction of gravel/soil (GSB) on a prepared sub grade, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with mortar grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base/base as per technical spcification clause 404 including carriage of all labour, material and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation as per HPPWD specification 1990 vol.I and as per direction of Engineer in Charge at site in all leads and lifts.
