Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition to cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, parepet, plinth course inlcuding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggre) as in tank base floor etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path etc finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM (1:4) in two layers and top layer shall be mixed with WPC 3 % wt of cement fair faces of stone masonary wall incl finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st graged quality) (weather coat) over a coat of primer including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V- section in existing water tank walls, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing the PVC nozzeles on the surface of grooved concrete surface of water tank and grouting with quick setting compound admixed with cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for grouting by injectinxture with intraplast EP/ Arm grout through the PVC nozzeles provided with high pressure injection pump complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid colured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size (350 mm x450 mm /250 mm x 350 mm ) x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Lacquer coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement & pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors cement laid over and including screed bed/ bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as directed.

Material & labour for RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 nominal mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining wall, basement wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase, railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to better in rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and biniding wireand including mild steelw wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto as per item Sr No 19 here-in-above but 5 mm and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups spacersand binders complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying/fixed to wall and testing of XLPE under ground cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volt grade, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor including connection with lugs, gland etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC pipe,ISI marked in trenches or in cable ducts or fixed on walls using clamps along with all accessories like socket,bend,couplers etc confirming to IS 14930,part-II complete with fitting cutting,jointing etc of size 75 mm outer dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected with GI Strip 32X6 mm dia means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron to earth test point all as specified or indicated including necessary excavation and earth work any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) watering funnel, GI tubing 20 mm for watering complete all as specified and as directed. and all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part 1.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected with galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron to earth test point all as specified or indicated including necessary excavation and earth work any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) watering funnel, GI tubing 20 mm for watering complete all as specified and as directed. and all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part 1.

M&L sub main wiring with 4 runs of 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsehathed copper cable multistand 1100 V of FRLS grade with drawn in surface PVC Casing-caping not less than 32 mm width and one run of PVC insulated serviceable of 10 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn in PVC casing and capping with accessories complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 5 runs of 10 Sqmm,and 1 run of PVC Casing- Caping will be measured as one unit i.e RM

M&L sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsehathed copper cable multistand 1100 V of FRLS grade with drawn in concealed PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia and one run of PVC insulated unserviceable of 4sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn in PVC Casing-Caping with accessories complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 3 runs of 4 Sqmm and 1 run of conduit will be measured as one unit i.e RM

M&L sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsehathed copper cable multistand 1100 V of FRLS grade with drawn in surface casing-caping conduit not less than 25mm dia and one run of PVC insulated serviceable of 6sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn in casing and capping with accessories complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 3 runs of 6 Sqmm and 1 run of conduit will be measured as one unit i.e RM
