Material and labour point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire drawn into existing concealed conduit including provision of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire and cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover complete for the following point wiring :-

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure vertical TPN MCCB DB 4 way double door with spreader terminals, insulating phase barrier and hardware with necessary arrangements all as specified and directed Note :-(i) Including taking down old u/s DB, MCCB and MCB's (ii) MCCB and MCBs shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item of schedule.

Supply and fix for MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting type 125 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix for MCB SP 230 V, 6-32 Amps with breaking capacity 10KA C curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with using galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and incl galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC(1:2:4)type B-1cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel complete with mesh , refiling with soil all as specified. Supply and fix heavy duty exhaust fan with louvers ,300 mm sweep,1400 RPM AC, single phase, 230/240 volts all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix high efficiency 24 watts 2 x 2 sqft LED light with panel for recessed/surface mounting dust free installation with high brightness LEDs for glare free homogenous illumination and suitable for ceiling cut out 600 x 600mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix copper armoured electric cable,1100 volts grade stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm , 2 core all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for ESRG Low flange width steel cement cavity flooring system of size 600mm X600mm Floor Panels of (max 4 mm thick ) over a height of 0.3 m from floor level of approved color complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and applying polyurethane waterproofing membrane coating system comprising the following : (a) Removal of existing bituminous membrane and mechanical cleaning of surface & treating the surface clean and free from any bituminous residue, dirt, oil, grease etc.. (b) Providing screed concrete of M20 grade of average 40mm thickness with a minimum thickness in slope of 1:150 or required as per the site condition with the addition of integral waterproofing compound Conplast WL Xtra @ 200ml per bag of cement and polypropylene fibres @ 900 grams per cum of concrete. The concrete shall be laid in panels of not more than 2 Sqm. The Surface shall be free from sharp projections & undulation, ridges, or troughs, etc. The substrates shall be freed of laitance, loose or friable materials, debris and all contaminants by mechanical means preferably using light grinding.

(c) Providing and laying coving at the junction of slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with Nitobond SBR at dosage of 1.5 Ltrs per 50kg cement as per manufacturer's specification. Filling the annular space between concrete surface and rain water PVC pipe using non shrink grout after preparing the surface using sand paper and application of Nitobond SBR as a priming coat on the concrete walls. Mixing and pouring Conbextra GP2, high strength grout with clean and cool water at ratio of 0.16 on the prepared surface to make the bore packing water tight. The rate shall include necessay materials, tools and application procedure as per manufacturer's specification. (d) Supply and application of solvent free epoxy resin primer Nitoprime 31@ min 0.25 kg/Sqm on horizontal surfaces and on verticals to the total height of the parapet wall.Sprinkle dry sand over the Primer coat for better adhesion of Polyurea coating. (e) Providing & applying 100% solids content, 2 component, solvent free, spray applied elastomeric seamless Pure Polyurea Membrane Fosroc Polyurea WPE at a thickness of 1.5mm in two layers at a coverage rate of 1.5 litres/ sqm. Spray applied waterproofing shall utilize high-pressure, heated plural component spray proportioning equipment and applied in a cross directional method to the total roof slab and parapet wall height.

The cured membrane shall have the following properties (i) Solids by Volume: 100%, (ii) Volatile organic compounds: 0 g/litre (iiI) Viscosity: A ISO = 1000mPas and B AMINE 1200mPas (iv) Tensile strength ASTM D412:>19 MPa (v) Tear Resistance ASTM D624C : 90N+ 4 N/mm (vi) Elongation ASTM D412: >300% (vii) Shore D ASTM D2240 46 (viii) Abrasion (1kg,H22 wheels) ASTM D4060: 36 mg/1000 cycles Abrasion (1kg, CS17 wheels) DIN EN IS0 5470 10 mg /1000 cycles (ix)Service temperature ASTM D4060: -30°C - +100°C (f) Providing and applying two coats of Dekguard PU/ Nitoproof UR Top coat @ minimum 100 microns dry film thickness in two coats over the Polyurea waterproofing using rubber squeegee and back rolled with lambswool roller all complete as per the manufacturers specification. (g) Finally it shall be finished with two coats of Camouflage pattern paint (exterior emulsion paint) over a coat of primer. Make: FOSROC / Bostik or equivalent as specified in PS. Application to be done as manufacturer instruction and should be applied by authorised applicator only.

Material and labour of motorized rolling Shutter of size 2.0m wide and 2.65 m height (clear size) as per IS 6248 made of 19 gauge steel laths interlocked together at the end by end locks mounted on MS pipe shaft with necessary brackets 75 mm wide guides and bottom plate with Powder coated finish as per your approved colour including Single phase compact type gear system with push button control & emergency manual chain set including top cover & motor cover complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and install Air cooled split unit Air Conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR with copper condenser coil ,green gas ,mounting stand with all accessories ISEER 5 star rated inverter AC complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Extra length of copper tubing with insulation, as per site requirement is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for construction of soakage well of internal size of 1.2 m dia and 3 m depth, including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6,brick work in CM 1:4 for solid/honeycombed walls and including intercepting chamber,RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, filling with brick bats etc, complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
