Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder/PCC block masonry, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick external rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry or other than fair faces of concrete / brick is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) Type C-1 Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar CM(1:6)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Antitermite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per Sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 0.56 mm thick plain aluminium sheeting alloy 31000H4 fixed with suitable nuts/ rivets in walls , roofs etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble,uncoursed,well bounded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge n exc 20 mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to rubble walling Jodhpur Type brought up to squared course complete all as specified.

M&L for Key pointing to squared rubble masonry brought upto courses in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) TYPE C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and other similar bands incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered, angles and waste of form work throating as directed incl necessary form work complete all as specified.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exceeding 1.5m high from base including supply of approved earth obtained from Air Force campus or from with Air Force station if approved including excavation and carrying to work site and including surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bush wood under growth roots, soft/loose soil etc and removing the same etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75MM thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concerete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggragete in alternate bays all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Wearproof granolithic metallic hardner concrete as specified in manufacturer instructions (included metallic hardner) and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer in different tints in sigma / camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation new Steel surfaces and painting with two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste in repairs in patches n exc 5 sq. m each, including taking down old and jointing new to old as required (patches exc 5 sq.m each to be measured as new work) complete all as specified.
