Outsourcing of services for central AC Plant comprising of Air cooled Scroll chiller unit with multiple hermatically sealed scroll compressors three refrigerant circuits using R410A/R407C of zero ODP, Refrigerant driven with 2-pole squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 V suitable for not less than 34 TR nominal refrigeration capacity, air cooled condensor with Chilled Water monobloc pump -3 Nos (2 working + 1 standby) for the chilled water circuit , 215 USGPM at 15 m head alongwith, Air handling units not less than 8000 CFM @ 65 mm static 02 Nos complete with in-built control panel having microprocessor based control for operation of compressor, condensor, chillers having features of auto operation, min run time equalization, auto restart after power failure, protection mechanism and all the other safety devices necessary for the safe operations of the unit, complete chiller package unit to be pre-wired with suitable capacity contactors with all the neccessary interconnections - 3 Nos (2 working + 1 standby), designed conditions of 22 +/- 2 Degree Centigrade, RH 55 +/-5% to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, for 2 (two) shifts, each shift of 8 hours per day with one Refrigeration Mechanic in each shift including sundays and holidays duly employing the manpower as mentioned shift timings are as per site requirement or directed. 1st Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 2 nd Shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 3 rd Shift - 2200hrs to 0600 hrs.

Note for Item No.1 : a) The operators employed shall be qualified with ITI in Refrigeration & AC OR 12 class with 3 years experience in Refrigeration & AC b) Log book should be maintained properely. c )Maintain Task of plant daily , weekly, monthly checking & Records to be maintained as per OEM's Shedule. d) If any operator is absent from duty, single shift recovery @ 2 shifts as quoted shall be recovered from contractor. e) The contractor shall provide Log book, Stationery, Mobile phone (for communication), Clamp meter, tool kit i.e. screw driver ,cutting plier, line tester, Hand gloves for safety of his staff. f) The operators should be free from habbits of any Addiction such as Smoking and other Drugs. g) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive above mentioned points. h) Wages should be paid through Bank account (ADHAAR Linked) of persons employed.

Taking down carefully old burnt/unserviceable compressor unit of 1.0 Ton capacity window type/Split type AC and replacing the same with New compressor including necessary accessories and mounting materials, welding, brazing, leak testing, vaccumissing and charging the refrigerant gas to the required pressure and weight, reinstalling the AC unit on the same place including testing and commissioning complete to any make of AC all as directed. Note for item Nos 2 to 97: i) AC mechanic should note down complaints from complaint register or instructions from JE and complaints shall be attended at various locations of MH MD, Asifnagar and Arty centre area which are about 3 km from complaint cell and complaint shall be completed with in 2 days for minor complaints and for major/compressor replacement it shall be completed by 03 days. ii) Old unsevviceable compressors/motors will be handed over to contractor at the end of contract period by deshaping/cutting them.
