FENCING

Welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and of standard design placed and embedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x 60 cm of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrete blocks 70x45x50 cm of the same mix, provided with welded steel wire fabric fixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or tied to 6 mm bar nibs with G.I. binding wire (cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, earth work in excavation and concrete to be paid for separately).

HORTICULTURE

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k m lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep.

Complete maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval,application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Dismantilling of pole/street light light standard/strut embaded in brick ballast foundation etc as required.

Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of following configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required. 15.4.1 1 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply

Operation and Maintenance cost for five years
