Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with granite, trap or basalt etc, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but except materials.

Demolition of old cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick (un reinforced) and removing debris from site of work complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in berms,pavings etc. including finish the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Solling (or sub base) 200mm thick with brocken boulders or quarried stone ,interstices filled ,surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with paving bitumen @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.405 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 21.90 kg per 10 sqm of binder (paving bitumen VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen grade (VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm & rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like with hot applied thermoplastic paint, white or yellow, compound thickness of 2.5mm incl reflectorised glass @ 250 gm/sqm area conforming to IRC standard complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches inot exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping /parepet wall/bed plate /Kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S &F reinforced concrete pipe class NP3 450mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed by Engr In charge.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in thick as in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Rough excavation in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specifed and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels/drain including forming fair finished to drain channeland necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm garded stone aggregate as inballast wall ,retaining wall etc incluidng necessary form work complete all as directed by Engr in charge all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels/drain including necessary form work as in drain/surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth with using extra cement. complete all as directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
