Providing and laying single coat of low viscosity liquid bituminous material to the absorbent WMM surface using 6.0 Kgs of bituminous Emulsion primer for 10sqm area including cost of bituminous primer including labor charges for preparing the surface to lay the bituminous primer and applying the required quantity of bituminous primer as primer coat by bitumen sprayer etc., Complete as pr clause 502 of MOST specifications.

Providing and laying of tack coat over the WMM surface treated with primer using 2.5 Kgs of bituminous emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm area including cost of bituminous binder including lab our charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous bidder as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specifications

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 - 120 THP hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG 40 at 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, trnsporting the hot mix to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to acheieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of MORT & H specifications complete in all respects.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified premixed with bituminous binder CRMB 55 at 5.4 to 5.6% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to site laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 & 521 of MORT & H specifications complete (40mm thick )

Construction of embankment with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 of MORT & specification.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30, Grade, Design Mix, using ISS size hard granite broken graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel, including labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying, and curing concrete,working at heights,hire charges for tools and plants,including all other incidental charges,etc, complete for RCC HAND RAILS AND POSTS OVER DECK SLAB.
