NOTE : FOR ITEM No. 1.0 TO 7.0 The Quoted Unit Rate shall be for providing Outsourcing Round the Clock and DG Sets are to be operated immediately on failure of Electric Supply Round the Clock, to ensure Continuous Power Supply to the installations. DHPP(N) will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as ‘Free-for-Consumption’. The Actual Consumption of DHPP(N) by each DG Set shall be recorded by the Contractor and to be signed by JE and Engineer-in-Charge as authentication of Actual Consumption of DHPP(N). In case Operator fails to record the Actual Consumption then Recovery shall be affected at the Rate of Rs. 300.00 PER SHIFT and Fuel consumed will be treated as NIL. The Quoted Unit Rate shall be deemed to include Cost of Consumable Items such as Cotton Waste, Anti-corrosive Chemicals, Hassion Clothes, T&P required for Maintenance/ Initial Charging of Batteries and repairing of water leakage from pumps etc. Carry Out ‘A’ Check to Generator Set as per Manufacture's Manual. Fueling of DG Set Tank, Checking and Toping up of Engine Oil in Sump, Cleaning of Power House Floor and surrounding Area of Complex.
