M&L for 75 mm thick in Plain cement concrte 1:3:6 type-C1 as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' comprising 1 Part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) over roof surface/ chajja etc when the concrete is green finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid Water proofing compound complete all as specified (Note - liquid Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for seperately)

M&L for Preparing the Concrete surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dirt / dust particles and applying a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm conforming to IS 702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litres / Sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg / sqm laid on primed surface by torched application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid integral Water proofing compound.

M&L for Steel rolling shutters, with and including suitable ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, erected in position as indicated, complete, gear operated type with bevel gear box, Safety lever lock (01 No) mild steel with 4 levers and crank handle 1.25mm lath thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including Jointing cleat for fixing etc. powder coated to minimum 50 micron thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fabricate only anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bar, including anodised aluminium shutter sections and anodised aluminium snap beading, joining cleats, glazing clips etc., powder coated to minimum 50 micron thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(a) Rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc as required shall be measured in Supply only Aluminium Shutters and the rates quoted are inclusive of the same (b) Glass or wire cloth as required shall be measured and paid for separately.

SCHEDUL A PART II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) M&L for Point wiring on stone / brick masonry wall complete with two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated 1100 volts grade sheathed cable confirming to IS-694, 1977 with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit, conduit fittings and conduit accessories not less than 20 mm dia, concealed in walls & RCC roof and including provision of one 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, 60mm deep, concealed in walls, duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with hylam sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with cadmium plated screws for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., complete all as specified and as directed for one light point controlled by one switch.
