Material & Labour for preparing sunken portion of RCC floors and walls by wire brush to remove dirt, dust etc cleaning with water and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- i) Providing 50 mm bore and 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with GI wire mesh on inside mouth after removing existing pipe and sealed the surrounding of GI pipe and junctions with epoxy mortar. ii) Providing 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm thick graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope using iii) Fill the water and check for dampness and seepage. iv) All Junction of point of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing shall be sealed with epoxy putty and applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical side upto finished floor lever plus (+) 200mm height. v) Apply two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating of minimum thickness of 1 mm for each layer as per manufacturers instructions on floor & walls (upto 100 mm above FFL) and spray coarse sand on surface when the second layer is still sticky. vi) Applying rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement over floor and wall surfaces including rounding of corners and junctions stoping towards spouts. vii) Applying 4mm thick APP membrane using torch application method over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg per Sqm. viii) Applying rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with with and including pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical as per manufacturers instructions. ix) Test the water proofing area by filling water for 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. Note : a) If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water, the above said treatment shall be re-done completely without any extra cost. b) WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 8mm thick Laminated wooden Flooring Work conforming to EN13329:2006 with plank size not Iess than 1200 mm X 190 mm (with unilin/tongue-groove locking arrangement) having 0.2mm thick top abrasive layer over a decorative layer followed by a High-density fibreboard (HDF) having density > 850 kg/m3 substrate core over a rasin saturated backing layer and installing through unilin or tongue- groove system (having locking strength not less than 1000 kg/m) over a 2 mm thk underlayer polyurethene foam on polythene sheet 250 micron, over a smooth, flat, hard subfloor free from moisture (< 8%), grease etc. complete in all respect with requisite accessories like end profile, transition profile, reducer 'T' profile etc. wherever required and preparation of base including all other incidental works as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Cost of Laminate Floor Accessories only (Skirting ,End edge, T- moulding,Reducer) shall have to be added separately,wherever required complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 25mm thick PCC (:2:4 B-1 type using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for preparing plastered wall surfaces to receive the finish as per manufacturers instructions and applying high quality decorative texture finish paint based on 100% acrylic emulsion having long lasting finish with low dirt pick up and has slight sheen with excellent adhesion on washability ( comprising of one coat of wall sealer or acrylic primer and one coat of texture finish) complete all as specified.
