M&L for prepration of old plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls (upto 08 storey building) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm overcomplete all as specified and directed. (upto 08 storey building)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (upto 08 storey bldg) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directd (upto 8 storey bldg)

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces damaged due to seapage/dampness/fungal growth by using electric sander machine to remove all dust and loose scales etc and prepare to receive wall care putty complete all as specified and directed ( upto 08 storey bldg).

M&L for preparation of plastered and unplastered surfaces of old decorated walls take a one coat of acrylic oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed ( upto 08 storey bldg).

M&L for preparation of plastered and unplastered surfaces of old decorated Ceiling take a one coat of acrylic oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed

Grubbing up and uprootinng of trees / plants from external walls of bldgs upto 8 storyed height pouring muratic acid for burning risidual roots in any . Racking out the dead roots from plants / concrete joints upto its penetrated portion and filling wit PCC (1:2:4) 20 mm graded aggr and finishing the surface with rendering in CM (1:4)with WPC @ 2% complete all as specified and directed . Note :WPC paid in separately

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in two layers (Top 10mm thick rendering coat mixed with water proofing compound shall be laid over 10mm thcik plastered surface) with CM (1:4) on of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surface complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 5 mm thick plastering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for water Proofing by doing suface Preparation - Mild chipping of the surface, open the cracks by making V groove, filling cracks with Nano Crack Filler. Providing applying and Nano Water Base Water Proof Paint one coats after surface preparation using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing rate above 98% and anti-fungal properties, with super hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750 permeable type with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 60 micron DFT. Providing and applying 50 mm screed concrete with 1% Nano EHP Compound having water proof and crack resistant properties, as an additive mixed in cement by weight along with mortar sand etc. Providing and applying Nano Barrier Coat Paint/ Nano Water Base Water Proof Paints 2 coats over screed concrete using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nanoparticles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing and anti-fungal properties, with superhydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750, with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1%, 60 micron DFT per coat complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for Nano Water Base of Nano Water Elastomeric Finish two coats over and above one coat Sqm Base Elastomeric Primer not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn, biocides/organocides; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing rate above 40% and high antifungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750, with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembied dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 40 micron DFT of top coat, including scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc. complete as per specification and as directed.

M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface & sharp straight edges etc. complete all as specified & as directed ( upto 08 storey bldg).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite(of any type) 18-20 mm thick for slab machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including grinding and polishing fixed in slab/steps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 100 mm cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socket in any length rubber ring joints complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick finished fair and even in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg / sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms / sqm) by forced application laid over bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
